Two price lists. One clear comparison.
Match products by exact SKU or product code to see what changed.
Comparison results
“Missing from new list” means a code was not found in the new file. It does not mean the product is discontinued. Codes needing review are excluded from both sides.

Getting started · File setup and comparison rules
1. Choose your original and new price lists. Both XLSX and CSV files are supported.
2. Select a sheet and header row, then check the product code and price columns. Product names are optional. Use the preview to check leading zeros.
3. Check rows marked Needs review first. Make any corrections in your own file, then select it again. This tool never changes your original files.
Codes are compared as displayed in Excel. Leading zeros in text codes such as 00123 and zero-padded number formats are preserved. Zeros already lost in a number such as 123, or long numeric codes already rounded by Excel, cannot be recovered.
Prices must be zero or greater, with up to 6 decimal places (maximum 999,999,999.999999). Use a decimal point and optional commas for thousands, for example 1,234.56. Decimal commas are not supported. Formulas, blanks, and text prices containing currency symbols need review. Percentage change is not calculated when the original price is zero.
Beta limits: 5 MB per file and 20,000 rows by 200 columns per sheet. Password-protected files are not supported. If CSV text looks garbled, change its encoding. Excel exports include every result and review row, regardless of the active filter.
Files and results are processed only in this window’s memory. Nothing is uploaded or saved remotely. Closing or refreshing the page clears your selections.
